Alistair Parnell

Alistair Parnell has long been established as an educator and performer on electronic wind instruments. A graduate of the Royal College of Music in London, he is a freelance musician, teaching at his private studio in Nottingham and for the University of Nottingham.
A specialist in classical saxophone, Alistair also teaches the piano and Aerophone. He performs regularly as a soloist and in various ensembles and orchestras.
In 2022 he created iSax.Academy, now recognised as the home of online courses for all Aerophones. From complete beginners to the most advanced level, Alistair has developed several detailed and fun courses drawing on his more than 40 years of teaching experience.

Matt Traum

Matt Traum has been involved professionally in music technology since 1985 when he established Patchman Music an online company based in the USA that creates professional patch libraries specializing in sounds specifically designed to work with wind controllers and breath controllers. Patchman Music also repairs and sells wind controller gear including the Roland Aerophone, Akai EWI, Berglund NuRAD & NuEVI, Yamaha, & others. Matt is a trumpet & wind controller player, technician, and consultant who has worked on the design teams of many commercial wind controllers. His list of clients includes the world's top wind controller artists including Michael Brecker, Bob Mintzer, Tom Scott, Nyle Steiner, Judd Miller, Wix Wickens (Paul McCartney), Steve Tavaglione, Jeff Kashiwa, & many others.
